The Mann Hopewell Site


Have you heard the news? Mt. Vernon has made national news with the reports of the ancient Hopewell site located 3 miles from our school.

    This sounds like an interesting project for your students (or for any students in the area) to investigate. And ... what a neat field trip idea!

    I have to say, too, that my NPR used one of the best subheadlines I've seen - "It's Like Vegas for Archeologists."
